Summer festival of Lech Bergbahnen AG: Honors for employees celebrating anniversaries and retirees

This year, the annual general meeting of Lech Bergbahnen AG took place under the chairmanship of Supervisory Board Chairman Christoph Pfefferkorn and CEO Christian Röhrig. At the subsequent summer festival, long-serving employees were honored and three colleagues were bid farewell as they entered retirement.

Following the third Annual General Meeting of Lech Bergbahnen AG, the company held its summer party for shareholders at the Rud-Alpe. Patrick Ortlieb, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, addressed the attendees, including members of the company's management team. As in previous years, the event included honoring employees. First, those retiring this year were recognized. Istvanne Kurdi worked in cleaning at Lech Bergbahnen AG. Michael Inanger had worked as a station attendant at the Schlosskopf since his first winter season in 2022 and also assisted with building management during the summer. Rudolf Tamas Eller had been employed at the Balmalp for over 20 years, working in various behind-the-scenes roles.

Service anniversaries recognized

This year saw several anniversaries celebrated. Those honored for long-standing service were: Roland Handle (snowmaking employee, 10 years), Patrick Brugger (deputy operations manager, 15 years), Johann Eimer (station attendant/car attendant, Rüfikopf cable car, 25 years), and Harald Steinwender (head of slope maintenance, 30 years). Christian Röhrig, who joined the board of Lech Bergbahnen AG on July 1st, also celebrated an anniversary this year: 15 years with the company. He was honored by the chairman of the supervisory board, Christoph Pfefferkorn.

World Cup prediction game decided

The internal World Cup prediction game also kept employees busy for weeks. Now, the enthusiastic participants were rewarded. At the summer party, the winners received their prizes. Winner Sebastian Tschugmell was delighted with a pair of Head skis.
