KÄSTLE ADVISORY BOARD REAFFIRMS ITS CONFIDENCE IN CEO MARKUS WEEGER

Kästle today confirms Markus Weeger as Chief Executive Officer. More than six years in the Kästle Group, Weeger became Managing Director of Kästle in July of 2024 and was elevated to CEO in January 2025. This latest announcement confirms the confidence of the Owner and Kästle Advisory Board (KAB).

Since taking on the role of CEO nearly two years ago, Weeger has driven the transformation with strong focus and determination, successfully advancing key initiatives across the global sales network, the restructuring of the headquarters and CH/US Subsidiaries, and the centralization of operational activities. Substantial growth has already been achieved over the past two years, despite extremely challenging external conditions, providing a strong foundation for the next steps.

Kästle is continuing and accelerating its transformation, realigning the brand across all areas while further strengthening its global presence, growing its community of skiers, and expanding its distribution through specialty retail worldwide.

The Austrian ski brand has been highly active in the FIS World Cup taking victories in both Men's and Women's speed events in recent years. Racing is the most visible execution of the company's current transformation to become a leading player on the global ski market with a best in class racing program at its core.
