OSC Inc. Names Anna Nikolaus Brand Manager for Mountain Equipment and Bridgedale
11/June/2026
In a move designed to streamline its North American growth and deepen ties with its British roots, Outdoor & Sports Company (OSC Inc.) has announced the promotion of Anna Nikolaus to the newly created role of Brand Manager.
Effective July 1, 2026, Nikolaus will take the reins of both sales and marketing strategies across the United States and Canada for two of the outdoor industry's most respected heritage brands: Mountain Equipment and Bridgedale.
A Unified North American Strategy
Nikolaus, who previously served as the marketing manager for OSC Inc., steps into a position specifically designed to unify commercial operations. In this expanded capacity, she becomes the primary North American point of contact for both Mountain Equipment—the premier manufacturer of highly technical outdoor apparel and expedition gear—and Bridgedale, the UK-based market leader in performance technical socks.
A core component of her new directive will involve working directly with brand executives in the United Kingdom to ensure that North American commercial campaigns seamlessly align with global product priorities.
"Anna has been an integral part of building both brands in North America, and her deep market knowledge and passion for these brands made her an obvious choice for leading them as I step back," said Bill Supple, North American Managing Director for Outdoor & Sports Company Inc.
Planned Executive Transition
The restructuring comes as part of a carefully orchestrated leadership transition within OSC Inc. At the end of June 2026, longtime managing director Bill Supple will officially step back from day-to-day operations.
Executive | New Title (Effective July 2026) | Primary Responsibility |
Anna Nikolaus | Brand Manager, North America | Overseeing all US & Canadian Sales, Marketing, and UK Alignment |
Bill Supple | Senior Advisor | Providing high-level strategic support and brand guidance |
Supple's transition into an advisory role ensures that while Nikolaus injects fresh energy and consolidated leadership into the day-to-day business, the distributor retains decades of invaluable industry expertise.
With technical apparel and premium socks seeing highly competitive demand in the post-winter retail landscape, Nikolaus's immediate focus will likely center on strengthening retail partnerships and expanding the specialty storefront footprint across the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest corridors.
