Swiss snow sports set ip for gala event

On May 12, 2026, the successful 2025/26 season will be celebrated at the Swiss-Ski Night by Sunrise in Zurich. The evening will focus on the leading figures in Swiss snow sports – from the athletes to the dedicated people working behind the scenes. Fans will have the special opportunity to witness the stars' arrival live on the red carpet.
On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the Swiss-Ski Night by Sunrise will celebrate the successful completion of the 2025/26 season with a festive evening event. The event will put the spotlight on the outstanding personalities of Swiss snow sports, from the top athletes to the dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes. The evening also offers a special highlight for fans: They are cordially invited to witness the arrival of the Swiss snow sports stars live on the red carpet in front of Hall 622 in Zurich.
"Glow for Snow" –
Under this year's motto, "Glow for Snow," those individuals who have shaped winter through exceptional achievements will be honored – be it on the slopes, the cross-country trails, in the halfpipes, on the ski jump, or behind the scenes. Swiss snow sports look back on a rich history marked by great moments and strong personalities.
An experience for fans too!
Although the award show itself is a private event, fans are invited to experience part of the evening live: Between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m., they are welcome to join the festivities at Hall 622 in Zurich as the stars walk the red carpet. A dedicated fan zone offers the chance to get up close to current stars and legends of Swiss snow sports – including the opportunity for autographs and photos.

Arrival of guests: 5:00–7:00 p.m.; fans allowed on the red carpet (zone will be assigned on site); afterwards, the gala will take place in a private setting.
The Award Show Schedule:
The gala itself is reserved for invited guests of Swiss-Ski. During the awards ceremony, a total of seven awards will be presented in four categories. In addition to outstanding sporting achievements, a "silent" hero or heroine will also be honored for their exceptional dedication to supporting Swiss snow sports. After the formal awards ceremony, guests can enjoy a reception before the party night begins with DJ Giannex.
