The evening begins with a scenic snowcat journey through the illuminated mountain landscape, transporting guests to the warmly lit alpine restaurant perched high on the slopes. Upon arrival, diners are welcomed into an intimate European-style alpine setting where a premium multi-course menu, featuring decadent St Hugo Wines, showcases the best of mountain dining. On select Tuesdays from 7 July to 25 August, Thredbo offers an exclusive experience for milestone celebrations, private groups, or luxury travellers seeking a once-in-a-lifetime alpine experience. The private buyout allows one group of up to 18 guests to take over the entire venue and enjoy the mountain in complete exclusivity.

Kareela Supper Club presented by Pommery Champagne

For those looking to experience Kareela in a more social setting, Thredbo’s Kareela Supper Club presented by Pommery Champagne also returns this winter. Running every Saturday from 11 July to 29 August, the elevated evening begins with a ride on Merritts Gondola before guests transfer to a snowcat bound for Kareela Hutte. The experience includes Pommery Champagne, a two-hour canape and beverage package, and front-row seats of Thredbo’s iconic flare run and fireworks lighting up the mountain. With only 18 spots available each week, it’s one of the most memorable ways to spend a winter evening in the Snowy Mountains.

Pricing for an exclusive buyout sits at $5299 for Kareela Snowcat Dinners and $4399 for Supper Club, buyout window is available for a three week window starting today, April 16, after which tickets will be sold individually to the general public.
