Jet2.com puts Innsbruck on sale as new ski route from London Stansted

Jet2.com has launched a new ski route for Winter 26/27 and put services on sale to Innsbruck from London Stansted, offering skiers and snowboarders the chance to hit the best slopes in the Austrian Alps.

Following continued demand from snow sports enthusiasts, the leading leisure airline has added Innsbruck to its line-up of ski destinations from London Stansted, providing over 6,000 additional ski seats on sale.

New weekly Saturday services will run from 19th December to 10th April 2027, so snow sports enthusiasts can take advantage of a break during the best times to hit the slopes, including key holidays such as Christmas, the February half-term and Easter.

The addition of Innsbruck gives customers in the Southeast even more choice when it comes to experiencing some of Europe’s best slopes and means Jet2.com has ski flights on sale to five destinations from London Stansted for Winter 26/27 – Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Innsbruck and Salzburg.

Nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps, Innsbruck is a prime destination for winter sports enthusiasts and offers easy access to several world-class ski resorts. From the Tyrolean capital, skiers and snowboarders can go from the city to the slopes in just 20 minutes in the Nordkette ski area. With a choice of six slopes for different ski levels, as well as a snow park, skiers can test their skills while enjoying views of Innsbruck. Further afield, customers will find spots like Mayrhofen where they will have snow-sure slopes to uncover, and St Anton am Arlberg is a legendary apres-ski scene, with many of the bars at the bottom of the home runs.

Jet2.com will operate to eight top ski destinations for Winter 26/27 - Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Lyon, Turin and Verona from across 12 of its UK airport bases - Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Gatwick, London Luton, Manchester, Newcastle International and London Stansted. The programme gives customers access to some of the country’s top ski and snowboarding resorts located close to the popular winter sports destination.

Innsbruck is the sixth new ski route for Winter 26/27 across the airline’s UK airport bases, joining Chambery, Geneva, Grenoble, Salzburg and Turin from London Gatwick, as Jet2.com continues its commitment to connecting ski-lovers to some of the very best snow destinations in Europe. The expansion means Jet2.com has grown its ski programme by 30 percent compared to Winter 25/26.
