Leaders from the eleven Swiss-Ski sports and all other departments of the association met for the first time in this format. Swiss-Ski has grown significantly in recent years, becoming not only larger but also more complex. The goals of the leadership retreat, initiated by Co-CEOs Walter Reusser and Diego Züger, as well as COO/CFO Claudia Lämmli, were to improve networking among the leaders, build and strengthen relationships, and achieve a shared understanding of roles, values, and corporate and leadership culture.

At the Le Régent Congress Centre, the leaders, together with keynote speaker and business coach Andreas Koch, explored the Swiss-Ski team spirit: We are a team. We value each other. We trust each other. We are performance-oriented. Wolfgang Jenewein, professor at the University of St. Gallen, spoke on the topic of Champion Leadership. With leadership coach Debora Di Maio, shared leadership principles were developed.

The participants experienced two inspiring days at a power spot in Swiss snow sports, with time and space for encounters and exchange. A strong foundation for effectively developing the company and leadership culture together with all employees and making it tangible in everyday life.
