After 18 years as operations manager and a total of 35 years at Hauser Kaibling, Anton Schwab is handing over his position to Philipp Hofstätter and retiring. Since joining in 1990, Schwab has significantly shaped the development of the ski resort and overseen numerous investments and projects – including the summit lift, the Alm 6-seater chairlift, the Kaiblinggrat lift, and the Sender lift.
“I am grateful to have been part of the development at Hauser Kaibling and wish the company continued success,” said Schwab at the handover to his successor. Among the most defining projects of his career was the construction of the summit cable car. “Back then, we didn’t have an in-house planning office. Much had to be developed and planned in-house. It was an intense, but also very exciting time,” Schwab recalled.
Managing Director Klaus Hofstätter expressed his gratitude for the long-standing commitment: “Anton Schwab has significantly shaped Hauser Kaibling for almost two decades. I extend my special thanks to him for his dedication, reliability, and loyalty to our company.”
With Philipp Hofstätter, the next generation is now taking over at Hauser Kaibling. "I am looking forward to actively contributing to the success story at Hauser Kaibling with a motivated team," says Philipp Hofstätter, looking ahead to his new tasks.
