Pangea Collective Announces 2026 Freeride Film Tour, Bringing Independent Ski and Snowboard Films Across North America

Pangea Collective today announced the 2026 Pangea Freeride Film Tour, a traveling showcase of independent ski and snowboard films bringing athletes, filmmakers, and mountain communities together on the big screen.

Launching October 7 in Boston, the Tour will make nine stops across the United States and Canada throughout October and November, culminating in Lake Tahoe on November 20.

The 2026 program brings together a collection of original films exploring the people, places, and stories shaping modern freeride. From big-mountain skiing and snowboarding to Freeride World Tour competition, deep powder, backcountry adventures, and more personal stories from within the sport, the Tour is designed to showcase independent filmmaking from across the ski and snowboard community.

Filmed across Japan, British Columbia, Chile, Utah, California, Austria, and beyond, this year’s collection spans a wide range of terrain, athletes, and approaches to skiing and snowboarding.

The Tour will combine film screenings with community gatherings at independent theaters, breweries, ski shops, and mountain venues across North America.
