WINTERSTEIGER Sports North America Unifies Sales and Support Across Three Brands

WINTERSTEIGER Sports North America announced a new organizational structure called One Team designed to unite sales and customer support across WINTERSTEIGER, BOOTDOC, and HOTRONIC to deliver a more seamless customer experience and strengthen collaboration across its portfolio of ski service, software, lockers and storage, boot fitting, and retail product solutions.

Under the new One Team approach, sales managers, sales representatives, and customer service personnel will support customers across all three brands. The integrated structure allows customers to access a broader range of expertise through a single team while streamlining communication and support.

The reorganization realigns regional sales leadership and unifies customer support, strengthening collaboration across product specialists, sales, and service teams to provide faster access to expertise and more comprehensive customer support.

The announcement also marks several leadership transitions within the organization, including the retirement of longtime Product Manager Accessories John Todd after 36 years with WINTERSTEIGER. Additional team members have assumed expanded responsibilities in sales, product management, finance, and customer support as part of the transition.
