Ski Austria relies exclusively on Eisbär for its headwear.

The traditional Austrian company Eisbär Sportmoden extends its long-standing partnership with the Austrian Ski Federation for another four years and will for the first time be the exclusive outfitter of the Ski Austria Team in the area of ​​headwear.

Austrian Ski Federation (ÖSV) President Roswitha Stadlober and Thorsten Grönlund, Managing Director at Eisbär Sportmoden, are pleased about the extension and expansion of the cooperation.

The partnership between Eisbären and Ski Austria dates back to 1975 and is one of the most traditional partnerships in Austrian winter sports. More than five decades of shared history, numerous sporting highlights, and a strong connection with the athletes continue to shape this cooperation today.

With the new contract period, Eisbär will assume an even more central role in the equipment of the ÖSV team: The athletes will in future be exclusively equipped with Eisbär headwear – from training to World Cup events to major international events.

Eisbär also welcomes the continuation of the decades-long collaboration: “The extension of the partnership with Ski Austria is a strong sign of trust and continuity for us. The fact that Eisbär is now the exclusive outfitter of the ÖSV team in the area of ​​headwear for the first time makes this new contract period a special milestone in our brand history,” said Thorsten Grönlund, Managing Director at Eisbär Sportmoden 

Beyond outfitting the Ski Austria team, the partnership also includes the joint production of the official Ski Austria merchandising collection. In addition, Eisbär collaborates with selected athletes to develop exclusive special collections that combine their personal style with Eisbär's product and design expertise.

Since 1956, Eisbär has stood for high-quality headwear with alpine heritage, functional design, and a distinctive style. The performance expertise built up over decades in winter sports now forms the basis for the brand's continued development beyond the winter season. The athletes of Ski Austria train year-round – including spring and summer with intensive outdoor and athletic sessions. With the contract extension, Eisbär strengthens its presence in Austrian and international winter sports and consistently continues the connection with Ski Austria that has grown over decades.
