The Alpina Gstaad with you as the iconic Swiss hotel prepares to open for the 2026 summer season on June 12. This summer, the property will host a curated series of limited-run dining experiences in collaboration with renowned restaurants from around the world.

Bringing globally celebrated chefs and cuisines to the heart of the Swiss Alps, the summer program includes:

  • Harry’s Bar at The Alpina Gstaad (18–31 July 2026): London’s renowned private members’ club, Harry’s Bar, will return for an exclusive summer residency, serving its signature Northern Italian classics in an elegant alpine setting. Guests can expect long, leisurely lunches and convivial evenings under the open sky.

  • The Alpina Gstaad X The Johri Jaipur (12–28 June 2026): Restaurant Monti will host a culinary residency by The Johri Jaipur, the award-winning boutique hotel featured among the World’s 50 Best Hotels. The takeover will introduce a modern Indian menu to Gstaad, led by The Johri’s culinary team and centred on bold flavours and traditional techniques.

  • Pizza Under the Alpine Sky: Concettina ai Tre Santi (27 July-24 August 2026): From 27 July to 24 August, The Alpina Gstaad Lounge & Terrace will host a culinary residency by Naples’ iconic pizzeria, Concettina ai Tre Santi. Set against a stunning alpine backdrop, guests can enjoy freshly made Neapolitan pizzas prepared live on the Terrace.

The Alpina Gstaad x Harry’s Bar

From 18th to 31st July 2026, Harry’s Bar (part of The Birley Clubs) returns to The Alpina Gstaad for its inaugural summer residency, bringing a taste of Mayfair to the Swiss Alps. Known for its refined yet relaxed take on Northern Italian cuisine, the residency will showcase the restaurant’s much-loved classics, served in a convivial, open-air alpine setting.

Guests can expect generous, family-style lunches and elegant evening dining, with dishes rooted in quality ingredients and timeless Italian recipes. Signature favourites are expected to reflect Harry’s Bar’s celebrated repertoire, complemented by a warm, sociable atmosphere synonymous with the brand.

Harry’s Bar will be open daily for dinner from 7:00pm to 10:30pm, with lunch service available Friday to Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:00pm, offering a seamless transition from sun-soaked afternoons to lively summer evenings in Gstaad.

Harry's Bar is a Private Members' restaurant and bar in Mayfair, known for its Italian heritage and enduring sense of style. The interiors draw on Venetian influences, creating a setting that is both polished and relaxed.

The menu reflects Northern Italian cooking, with a focus on quality ingredients and consistency. Long established within The Birley Clubs, Harry's Bar remains a Club centred on dining and sociability, delivered with a highly attentive and personal approach.

The Alpina Gstaad x The Johri Jaipur

Running from 12th to 28th June 2026, Restaurant Monti will host an exclusive residency by The Johri Jaipur, the award-winning boutique hotel from Rajasthan recognised with a Michelin Key and inclusion in the World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025. For this limited-time takeover, the culinary director and chefs from The Johri Jaipur will lead the kitchen, presenting an immersive interpretation of modern Indian cuisine rooted in heritage, craftsmanship and storytelling.

Guests can expect a vibrant, multi-sensory dining experience, where bold flavours, intricate techniques and artistic presentation come together to reflect the spirit of Jaipur. The collaboration represents a meeting of cultures, blending the understated alpine elegance of Gstaad with the rich, colourful traditions of India.

The residency will run daily for dinner from 7:00pm to 10:30pm, with lunch available Friday to Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:00pm, offering both daytime and evening opportunities to experience this unique culinary journey.

Pizza Under the Alpine Sky: Concettina ai Tre Santi Returns

From the 27th of July to the 24th August, The Alpina Gstaad Lounge & Terrace will host the return of Naples’ iconic pizzeria, Concettina ai Tre Santi. Set against a stunning alpine backdrop, guests can enjoy freshly made Neapolitan pizzas prepared live on the Terrace. Celebrated for its rich heritage, artisanal approach and exceptional ingredients, the pizzeria brings the authentic spirit of Naples to Gstaad – serving both classic and contemporary creations in a vibrant, open-air setting.
