TITLIS extends their partnership with Marco Odermatt

The TITLIS lift co' has extended its partnership with Marco Odermatt for another five years. The four-time overall World Cup winner, World Champion, and Olympic gold medalist has been an ambassador for Mount Titlis since 2019. With this contract extension, both sides are sending a clear signal of continuity, commitment, and shared values.

Norbert Patt, CEO of TITLIS Bergbahnen, says about the contract extension: “It is a great honor for us to work with the best skier in the world. Marco Odermatt is a role model for many children and young people – down-to-earth, ambitious, and authentic. We are proud that he has matured into the skier he is today on the Titlis and that we can accompany him on his journey. Skiing is a very important pillar for TITLIS Bergbahnen, so it is all the more wonderful that we can associate it with such a personality.”

For Marco Odermatt, the extension is a matter close to his heart: “The Titlis was formative for me – I trained here as a student, I grew up here. During my time at the Engelberg sports high school and as a junior racer, I completed many training sessions and races on the Titlis. This partnership means home and authenticity to me. It’s wonderful to maintain this connection today and to continue moving forward together into the future.”

The film project "Magic of the Moment"

In the summer of 2025, the short film "Magic of the Moment" was produced by Sooli Film from Stans. In 2.5 minutes, the film shows Marco away from the racecourse – thoughtful, authentic, and approachable. Nature shots at Trübsee and in the Gerschniwald forest underscore the film's character and reveal the person behind the top athlete.

The film conveys how Marco experiences a race: acting at the start without thinking. For him, a race isn't a hectic affair, but a precise sequence of movements. Mind and body work in harmony, time seems to slow down – a moment between control and letting go, preparation and intuition.
