Second Ski Instructor Festival On The Rittisberg In Ramsau Am Dachstein Set A New Participation Record.

Under brilliant sunshine and perfect slope conditions, the second Ski Instructor Festival on the Rittisberg in Ramsau am Dachstein set a new participation record. A total of 34 formation teams (6-person teams), 46 individual demonstration skiers, and 125 starters in the giant slalom competed. This nearly doubled the number of participants compared to the previous year.

The Austrian championship titles in formation skiing were won by the "Fisser Ladies" demonstration team from the Fiss Ski School in the women's category and by the "Dynamic" team from the Ischgl Ski School in the men's category. Alina Kogler from the Grillitsch Ski School and Thomas Kreidenhuber from the Wagrain Ski School won the individual demonstration races. In the floodlit giant slalom championships on Friday evening, Alena Ida Bitschnau from the Golm Ski School and Dieter Bischof from the Damüls Ski School emerged victorious.

The festival was organized by the Ramsau Ski School, the Ramsau Winter Sports Club, and the Rittisberg cable cars. The live band "Die Niachtn" provided the musical finale to the weekend at the big festival party on Saturday evening. It's already confirmed: the ski instructor festival will take place again at Rittisberg in early March 2027.
