The Athlete’s Mountain kicks off the season’s spring programming with the debut of Red Bull Party Line on Saturday, March 14. This high-energy, head-to-head downhill pump track competition introduces a one-of-a-kind course where racers will battle side-by-side in a fast-paced test of rhythm, speed and control. The event is happening at the top of the American Eagle lift. While competitor registration is full, spectators are encouraged to head up the mountain to experience the excitement firsthand.

Following the debut of Party Line, Copper’s Aerie Sunset Ski events return for two evenings of after-hours skiing on March 15 and March 21. These unique experiences give guests specialty access to terrain off the American Eagle and Excelerator lifts from 4-7 p.m. as the sun sets over the Tenmile Range. Each ticket includes one complimentary drink along with a selection of small bites, entrees and desserts served inside the Aerie. Brendan O’Hara will be playing live in the lodge on both evenings. Tickets can be found at CopperColorado.com.

On April 18, Copper welcomes back Peace Out in Central Park presented by Mountain Dew, a unique park celebration centered around Copper’s iconic Peace Park terrain. Professional snowboarder Danny Davis will be on site handing out $3,000 in cash, giving riders the chance to hang out, shred with friends and showcase their skills. Skiers and riders can also enjoy free hot dogs and Mountain Dew while competing for prizes from Skullcandy, Mountain Dew and Woodward Peace Park.

Copper’s signature spring celebration, Sunsation, returns April 25–26, transforming Eagle’s Landing into a weekend festival atmosphere. Guests can enjoy free live music, giveaways and end-of-season festivities that bring the Copper community together to celebrate spring on the mountain. Featured performances will include free live music from blues rock band, The Record Company, on Saturday, April 25. Don Fuego will keep the party going on Sunday with a DJ set from 3-5 p.m. in the village.

Copper will also introduce a refreshed take on its end-of-season pond skim tradition with the Skimmy Dippers Pond Skim, on April 26. This revamped event will feature teams of two dropping in simultaneously on side-by-side pond skim courses, with each pond complete withdifferent rail and jump features. Teams will be judged on style, technique, creativity and difficulty as they attempt to skim their way across the water. The top team will earn two Copper season passes for the 2026-27 season, with additional prizes awarded to second and third place finishers. Additional awards will also be given for Best Costume, with the winning team receiving two Copper Mountain Four Pack passes and Best Trick, where the winner will receive one Copper Mountain Four Pack Pass.
