25cm Of Fresh Snow Mt Buller Ready For Skiing On Saturday

Mt Buller has 25cm of fresh snow after a wild night of blizzarding conditions. It is the wintry snap the resort was waiting for, arriving just two days out from the opening of the 2026 snow season. The timing is perfect with Bourke Street blanketed in fresh snow. Skiers and snowboarders are itching to make their first turns when the Bourke Street Express turns for the first time this winter on Saturday 6th June at 8:30am.

Mt Buller is ready to start the season with a full 3-day weekend of celebrations across the resort. Fireworks, huskies, marshmallow toasting, face painting, an Ice Bar on Bourke Street and Sunday night celebrations at Moosehead add to the fun on the slopes making it a long weekend of winter festivities.
