The retreat is accompanied and shaped by Dr Vera Nicolussi-Leck and Dr Valentin Piffrader, both business leadership and mental coaches, alongside Dr Peter Haberl, a sports psychologist and mental coach with Olympic experience, and M.F.A. Peter Senoner, artist and university lecturer. Senoner is a South Tyrolean sculptor whose figurative works are displayed on-site at Sensoria, where guests can also visit him at work in his studio as part of the hotel’s art residency programme.

Senoner is also the creator of VISIONARY GAZE, a permanent installation for the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic Games at Arena Antholz, featuring three portraits signed by participating athletes.
