No Code Slim: Rudy Project Expands The No Code Family
09/February/2026
Rudy Project unveils today No Code Slim, the latest evolution in the No Code collection. This new model has been specifically designed for smaller faces, offering an even more precise fit without compromising comfort, style, or versatility.
The No Code line was created to meet the needs of those requiring vision correction while wanting to seamlessly transition from daily life to sports activities. It’s a bold and unconventional concept that reimagines sport eyewear through a transformable system that mixes everyday use and performance into one product. With No Code Slim, this philosophy now extends to those seeking more compact proportions, making the range even wider and more inclusive.
At the core of the design is the signature clip-on sun lens, which instantly transforms prescription glasses into sport eyewear. Custom-developed by Rudy Project, the sun clip snaps onto the nose bridge using an integrated mechanism and remains hidden behind the mirrored lens – maintaining a clean aesthetic and high functionality. In just few seconds, you can switch from an everyday frame for work, urban life, and driving, to a high-performance sport solution.
“With No Code Slim, our goal was to make the No Code family even more complete,” says Simone Barbazza, Marketing & Sustainability Director at Rudy Project. “We want every face to find the ideal fit, while keeping the features that define this project: versatility, comfort, and design.”
Designed for all-day use, No Code Slim is a unisex model ideal for running and cycling, but equally suited to trekking, commuting, and daily driving. The dimensions have been recalibrated for a more compact fit: the lens height is 5 mm shorter (51 mm) than the original model, and the temple length is 145 mm. The lightweight construction – 25 grams for the optical frame and just 16 grams for the clip-on – ensures lasting comfort even during extended use.
From a technical perspective, No Code Slim offers maximum flexibility in optical configurations: it’s available as an ophthalmic frame with a clip-on sun lens, featuring base 6 prescription lenses and a base 4 sun clip. The retail price varies depending on the selected optical setup.
Entirely made in Italy, No Code Slim will be available in six colours for the frame and five different lens options, with distribution starting in March 2026. The frame will be sold through all authorized Rudy Project retailers and on the brand’s official e-commerce platform.
With No Code Slim, Rudy Project once again demonstrates its commitment to combining technical research, comfort, and design – extending a collection whose hallmark is versatility and adaptability.
Since 1985, Rudy Project has been designing sunglasses, helmets, and sport prescription solutions that combine cutting-edge technology and innovative design with Italian style, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. The company has worked alongside champions across every sport, from Francesco Moser and Bernard Hinault to Miguel Indurain and today’s cycling stars. Over the years, its presence has expanded into triathlon, track and field, running and trail running, Nordic skiing, speed skating, and high-level sailing events such as the America’s Cup, where it sponsors American Magic.
Today, the brand boasts strategic partnerships with national and international federations in cycling and ice sports, as well as collaborations with elite teams like the World Tour Bahrain Victorious cycling team and several top athletes across many outdoor sports such as cross-country skiing champion Johannes Høsflot Klæbo. Rudy Project’s partnership with the Italian Cycling Federation will continue through the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games, while the collaboration with UTMB is confirmed through the 2027 edition. Rudy Project manufactures 100% of its eyewear in the Veneto region of Italy and designs its helmets in Italy, exporting to over 60 countries worldwide.
