Lech Bergbahnen AG meets for dialogue at the start of the year

Lech Bergbahnen AG hosted its 3rd annual New Year's reception oat the end of January at the Rüfikopf Panorama Restaurant. Around 80 guests accepted the invitation and used the evening for networking, conversation, and inspiration to kick off the new year.

The New Year's reception has become a firmly established event at Lech Bergbahnen AG. Among the guests were representatives from politics, tourism and business, partner companies, landowners, and members of the Lech Bergbahnen AG supervisory board.

Following the welcoming remarks by Supervisory Board Chairman Christoph Pfefferkorn, Klaus Nußbaumer, CEO of Lech Bergbahnen AG, reviewed the past year and outlined future developments. He emphasized the importance of collaboration, sustainable development, and shared responsibility for the Lech region as a place to live and do business. Significant investments are also planned for 2026.

The highlight of the evening was the keynote address by Norbert Patt, CEO of TITLIS Bergbahnen in Engelberg. In his presentation, he highlighted current challenges and opportunities facing the Swiss company. Patt also emphasized the importance of investment, cooperation, innovation, and clear positioning for successful mountain railway companies. "Every place has its own unique characteristics, strengths, and positioning; therefore, it is crucial that every place understands these," the CEO of Engelberg's leading company emphasized.

The subsequent cozy gathering in the Rüfikopf Panorama Restaurant offered an opportunity for personal conversations and lively exchanges amidst impressive views of the wintery mountain landscape – perfectly in keeping with a successful start to the new year.
