Consensio Chalets Adds New Contemporary Luxury Chalet to Méribel Portfolio for Winter 2026/27

Consensio Chalets has added a new contemporary luxury catered property to its Méribel portfolio, with Chalet Montclair set to launch for the Winter 2026/27 season. Currently under construction, bookings are now open for the new chalet, located on the Route de la Renarde, close to Méribel Centre and the main ski village.

Spanning over 650 square metres, Chalet Montclair has been designed for effortless modern mountain living. Expansive open-plan living areas are balanced with private bedroom suites, creating a setting equally suited to families and mixed groups seeking space, comfort and privacy in the Alps.

Interiors combine natural materials, warm textures and expansive glazing to create calm, light-filled spaces. The double-height living room with fireplace flows into a separate dining area and adjoining kitchens, while a lounge bar within the living space provides a relaxed setting for entertaining.

A professional closed kitchen sits alongside a guest-facing kitchen, making the chalet equally suited to relaxed family meals or more social occasions. Terraces extend the living spaces outdoors, inviting guests to enjoy the fresh mountain air alongside Perrier-Jouët Champagne at their leisure.

An entire floor is dedicated to wellness, featuring a 10-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and private treatment room. Additional entertainment rooms provide separate spaces for both adults and children to enjoy their own time together.

The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests across six en-suite bedrooms on the upper floors, including a principal master suite and a spacious junior suite.

Key design features include double-height living spaces, internal bridges, and a sculptural floating staircase that creates visual connections between levels, enhancing light, flow, and a sense of movement throughout the chalet.
