Swiss-Ski Night by Sunrise - first nominees have been announced.

The Swiss-Ski Night by Sunrise, the snow sports gala of the year, will take place on May 12, 2026. The highlight of the glamorous evening will be the presentation of awards in four categories. The first nominees, who will be competing for the coveted awards, have now been announced.

With a total of 17 medals, Swiss-Ski made history at the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Games: five gold, seven silver, and five bronze medals represent the most successful Winter Games tally of all time. And even away from the main stage, the snow sports family repeatedly ignited a fire of enthusiasm.

Under the motto "Glow for Snow," the Swiss-Ski Night by Sunrise 2026 tells a story of inspiration and the enduring passion for winter sports. The focus is on outstanding personalities in Swiss snow sports – from top athletes to dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes. The highlight of the evening is the presentation of the Swiss-Ski Awards to influential figures of the past winter.

The 2026 Nominees:

The Swiss-Ski sports directorates have made their first nominations. An expert jury comprised of media representatives, current and former Swiss-Ski athletes, Swiss-Ski officials, federation partners, sports bodies, and fans will select the winners. The recipients of this year's coveted awards will be revealed on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at this year's Swiss-Ski Night.
