Stio Opens New Mountain Studio in Castle Rock, Colorado

Stio, the mountain lifestyle brand born in Jackson, Wyoming, announces the opening of the newest Mountain Studio® in Castle Rock, Colorado. Set to open in May, the new retail location marks the brand’s 15th store nationwide.

Stio was founded in 2011 in Jackson, Wyoming by longtime locals living the mountain life. Time spent outside on trails, in rivers and on summits inspires everything they create. Designed, developed and tested at the base of the Tetons, Stio was founded to create premium, technical apparel for mountain athletes

Set along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and conveniently positioned between Denver and Colorado Springs, the Castle Rock Mountain Studio® brings Stio’s signature mountain-inspired aesthetic and knowledgeable staff to one of the Front Range’s most-visited retail destinations. The store will carry a curated mix of technical apparel and lifestyle pieces, blending past-season favorites with select current-season styles, giving Rocky Mountain adventurers more ways to get into the gear they love.

This approach is a natural extension of Stio’s commitment to responsible product stewardship. By giving past season’s styles a longer life, the Castle Rock studio reflects the brands belief that great gear shouldn’t go to waste, it should go to a good home. 

Stio will continue to support and partner with retailers throughout the region.
