Base Camp Lodge in Bourg-Saint-Maurice/Les Arcs is a new eco-friendly hotel and hostel. It offers several types of rooms: double, family rooms and dormitories. It has a restaurant and a bar but also a small kitchen for those who want to cook. The bathrooms don’t have single use products, the linen is washed in-house, the restaurant only use bamboo straws, a transfer to and from the train station is organised and guests can take the funicular to go skiing. Toî du Monde, in Flumet/ St Nicolas la Chapelle, Val d’Arly, is a 600m² family farm dating back to 1886, located on a 5-hectare site. It has undergone major refurbishment and is an innovative hospitality hub today, with guest rooms for 20 persons, a restaurant and a tapas bar.
